Job Description

1. According to the instructions of the project manager of Shangshan Translation, translators must complete the translation
task on schedule and on quality;

2. Translators must love translation and have a high level of English expressing abilities and profound Chinese skills.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor or above in English major, TEM-8; preferably Master of Translation and Interpretation (MTI) or related master's degree;

2. Expert in the following two to three areas: Governmental papers, management and consultancy, copywriting publicity, certificates, overseas study and immigration (full-set documents), academic papers, legal contracts, finance and economics, news media, advertising and design, engineering, construction, automotive, electronics, communication, textile and garment, steel, energy and resources, petrochemical, bio-medicine, pharmacy, tourism, sports, agriculture, food, big data, film industry and website localization etc.;

3. More than two years of work experience in translation; translators who have ever worked in a translation company are preferred;

4. Proficient in using Office software; translators who can use CAT tools, such as SDL and Trados are preferred;

5. Excellent language expressing ability and outstanding communication and coordination skills;

6. Positive and serious work attitude; strong sense of responsibility; meticulous and thoughtful, patient and diligent, enthusiastic and optimistic;

7. Teamwork spirit; ability of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; fast-learning and highly responsive.

Position: Senior Part-time Translators/ Interpreters in All Languages

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in the foreign language school of a regular university;

2. Required languages include Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Indonesian and Arabic etc.;

3. Solid language skills and excellent expressing abilities;

4. Rich experience in translation of business and scientific documents; familiar with professional fields such as IT, electronics, machinery, finance, management or law; a wide range of knowledge;

5. Good at searching Internet information;

6. Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat, Word, Powerpoint and Excel and other tools; good at formatting accordingly;

7. Flextime; good professionalism and high integrity.

Job Description

1. Familiar with the customer management workflow in the translation industry; able to independently conduct related work;

2. Responsive to customer inquiries, conduct project analysis and processing, complete quotation and sign relevant contracts with customers;

3. Establish and maintain an information management system of customer services;

4. Statistical analysis of customer data, assisting in sorting out and integrating industrial customer resources and assisting in establishing and improving customer database;

5. Promote the company's products and services, provide solutions for customers and provide after-sales tracking services;

6. Obligation of maintaining and developing customers; ability of market planning;

7. Able to negotiate and implement projects independently.

Job Requirements

1. Age 25-35 years old; more than three years of work experience; bachelor degree or above; CET-4 or above; basic English writing and speaking skills;
